Salma is a publishing project that we have currently in the works. It comes in the shape of a cookbook - one composed of family recipes from around Australia and the world.

The series follows grandma’s, nonno’s, daughters and children - a diverse mix of people united by a shared love of cooking, and sharing their stories around dinner tables.

From start to finish, it’s been a touching project to be involved with, and we can’t wait to share it.
